At One Clear Test LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality drug and alcohol testing products to our customers. Due to the specialized and regulated nature of our products, all sales are governed by the policy outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Policy
All sales of drug and alcohol testing products are final. We are unable to accept returns under any circumstances.
Because our products are drug and alcohol testing supplies — including but not limited to test kits, collection devices, reagents, and related materials — returns cannot be accepted for the following reasons:

Testing products are subject to strict chain-of-custody and integrity requirements.

Returned products cannot be verified as untampered, uncompromised, or fit for resale.

Regulatory and safety standards prohibit the reintroduction of used or opened testing materials into inventory.
We encourage all customers to carefully review their order prior to purchase. If you have questions about a product before buying, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Refund Eligibility
While we cannot accept returns, One Clear Test LLC will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
1. Company Error
If the error is on our part — including but not limited to shipping the wrong product, fulfilling the incorrect quantity, or processing an incorrect order — we will issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to the customer. Customers must notify us of the error within 7 business days of delivery.
2. Expired Products
If a customer receives products that are past their manufacturer-printed expiration date at the time of delivery, they are entitled to a full refund or replacement. To initiate a refund under this provision, the customer must:

Provide a photograph clearly showing the expiration date printed on the product packaging.

Retain all original packaging and materials until the claim is resolved.
3. Damaged or Open Products
If products arrive visibly damaged or with packaging that has been opened, compromised, or tampered with prior to delivery, the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. To initiate a refund under this provision, the customer must:

Inspect all packages at the time of delivery and document any visible damage before opening.

Provide clear photographs of the damaged or opened packaging and the affected products.

Retain all original packaging and materials until the claim is resolved.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please contact us using the information below and include the following:

A description of the issue (company error, expired product, or damaged/open product).

Once your request is received and reviewed, we will respond within 3–5 business days with a determination. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
