Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Clear Test LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising out of misuse of services, violation of laws, or inaccurate information provided by the client.
13. Arbitration Clause
Any disputes arising from these Terms or services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Ohio, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Parties agree to waive the right to a jury trial. Arbitration shall be the exclusive remedy for dispute resolution.
